This policy explains what information the Color Latte app ("Color Latte", "we") collects, how it is used and the choices you have. Color Latte is operated from Mexico.
Information we collect
- Your creations and progress. Pictures you color and your progress are stored on your device. If you choose to sign in, they may also be stored in our cloud service so you can restore them.
- Usage and diagnostics. We use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand how the app is used and to fix crashes: device type, operating system, app version, approximate country and in-app events such as pictures started or completed.
- Advertising. The free version shows ads from advertising partners (such as AppLovin and the networks it works with). They may collect your device advertising identifier, IP address and ad interactions to show and measure ads. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings and, where required by law, we will ask for your consent.
- Purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We receive confirmation of your purchase (through RevenueCat), never your payment card details.
- AI creations. If you create pictures from your own ideas, the text you enter is sent to our servers and to third-party AI providers to generate the picture, and may be checked automatically for inappropriate content. Please do not include personal information in your ideas.
- Contact. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.
How we use information
To provide and improve the app, generate your creations, process purchases, show and measure ads, prevent abuse and answer your requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Children
Color Latte is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time at privacy@colorlatte.com. Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example Mexico's data protection law, the GDPR or US state laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Contact us to exercise them.
Changes
We may update this policy and will publish the new version here with a new date.
